How often do you restock?
Many of our products are unique due to the condition determined by our rehabilitation process. Therefore, there is no specific timeline for a certain product to be restocked.
What are the item conditions that I am purchasing?
Each product has it's own condition determined by our product analyst specialists. They can range from Parts or Not Working to New.
Returns:
Returned merchandise are products that were sold to a customer, who then mailed it to a vendor warehouse or our main returns processing center. Reasons for returning a product may not have any correlation to its utility (i.e., size, color, model, etc.), and as a result may be in good working order.
The bulk of returns, however, do have some cosmetic and/or operational problems. Since most of these items are sent through a reverse supply chain (e.g. from a customer back to a centralized warehouse), they can show signs of extra handling. Some products, such as food, supplements, car seats, and refrigerators, may be expired.
Returns may not come in their original packaging and often do not have any of the advertised documentation or additional parts and/or accessories. Accordingly, returns can exhibit a wide range of individual product and package conditions that can differ substantially from the original manufacturing.
Overstock Pulls:
Overstock pulls are products that were previously available for sale in a retail environment, but were never sold. Since most of these items are sent through a reverse supply chain (e.g. from a retailer back to a centralized warehouse), they can show signs of extra handling. Overstock pulls may display a wide range of product and package conditions that can differ considerably from the original manufacturing.
How quickly do you ship?
Our products usually ship within 5-8 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number.

What is your return policy?
