Sold Separately. This balloon column accessory kit is made of premium and sturdy quality, to assure your most joyful and decorative experience. Assembly Instructions: Fill the base with water. For added stabilization, fill the water bag with water, and position it on top of the base, make sure it is center-aligned and correctly positioned on the base. Insert firmly a pole (through the water bag) into the center of the base. Add a pole connector, then insert the next pole. Work your way up with adding poles to your desired column height. TIP: To add strength and stability to your column, use the dotted glue pieces (included) between every connection by sticking a glue dot to the end of the pole and then insert into the connector. Using the balloon rings, insert the inflated balloons into the rings and hang them onto the poll, one on top of the other, with the openings facing down.
