This women's sugar skull costume includes an off the shoulder dress and headband with skull embossed veil. The Dia de Los Muertos senorita's dress features a printed skull bodice and layered floral skirt. The Day of the Dead costume comes in adult sizes X-Large, Medium, Small, Large. The makeup and pantyhose are not included with this Day of the Dead Halloween costume for women.
